Old Federal Road Farm has the very best to offer in wild turkey hunting. With hundreds of acres of mature hardwoods mixed with pastureland, and chufa and clover food plots along with limited hunting pressure have made this 2,400 acre tract a hunter’s paradise. Therefore, in order to give our clients the required attention they deserve and to limit the hunting pressure, we usually limit the number of hunters per hunt to 2-4. Exceptions can be made with advance notice.
Guides will do all calling for you. However, if you enjoy calling yourself the guide will just sit back and assist you when needed.
Hunters are allowed 1 bird per weekend on 2-day hunts and 2 birds per weekend on 3-day hunts (Additional toms may be harvested for an extra fee). Mature toms are the only birds to be harvested. A mature bird is classified as a tom with a fully developed tail fan and atleast an eight inch beard.
If you are fortunate enough to harvest a trophy bird on your morning hunt, you can enjoy an afternoon of fishing in one of the several farm ponds located on the property, go out with a guide on a late afternoon roosting session, or just sit back and relax at the lodge.

2-day full amenities hunt...$775.00 per person (1 mature tom allowed)
3-day full amenities hunt....$1,175.00 per person (2 mature toms allowed)
Additional tom........ $500.00
Penalty Fees
Harvest of an immature tom….. $650.00
Harvest of hen is illegal in the state of Georgia and could be punishable by DNR law enforcement.
